A little apothecary magic. A little sparkle. A whole lot of fun.

Ladies, it's time to make menopause a little more delicious and playful.

Gather your girlfriends, sisters, besties and fellow women-in-the-know for a playful evening of herbal cocktails, sparkling wine, music and menopause wisdom as we transform The H Dispensary into an enchanting Apothecary Cocktail Bar for a night in celebration of Menopause month.

Forget the boring wellness seminar.

This is menopause education with a cocktail in hand.

Come dressed up, bring your favourite women and prepare for an evening of sipping, laughing, learning and discovering just how delicious herbs can be.

Welcome to the Apothecary Bar

Step inside The H Dispensary and you'll find the shelves transformed into an old-world herbal apothecary bar, filled with botanicals, beautiful glassware, aromatic herbs and everything you need to create your own menopause-friendly concoctions.

Throughout the evening, you'll be introduced to a selection of herbs traditionally used to support women through the menopause transition — and discover how to turn them into beautiful, delicious drinks you actually want to drink.

We'll explore herbs, flavours and simple herbal preparations that can become part of your own rituals at home.

Sip, Learn & Create

This isn't about drinking something that tastes like medicine.

It's about discovering how herbal wisdom and delicious flavour can live in the same glass.

You'll learn how different herbs can be incorporated into everyday drinks and explore their traditional uses and wellbeing benefits - from herbs associated with relaxation and sleep to those traditionally used to support digestion, stress and women's wellbeing.

You'll get to taste, experiment and discover your favourites along the way.

And because no girls' night is complete without a little sparkle...

There will be sparkling wine too. ✨

Enjoy your herbal creations, or add a glass of bubbles to the evening and settle in for a night of good company and good conversation.

Your ticket includes three drinks to enjoy during the evening.

Want to keep the party going?

Additional herbal beverages and sparkling wine will be available to purchase on the night.

So bring your favourite people, settle in with a drink and make an evening of it.

Gather your girls. Dress up. Come thirsty.
