Pastor's Morning Tea

Pastor's Morning Tea

10 Lawson StErmington, NSW
Wednesday, Feb 25 from 10 am to 11:30 am AEDT
Overview

You’re warmly invited to a morning tea bringing pastors together in prayer and support for the Jewish community.

Pastors’ Morning Tea

Hosted by Jews for Jesus Australia
A space to support pastors through listening, prayer, and shared reflection

This Pastors’ Morning Tea, hosted by Jews for Jesus Australia, is a chance for pastors to gather over morning tea, to listen, pray, and think together about the challenges currently facing the Jewish community in Sydney.

With rising antisemitism and the tragic attack in Bondi, many families are carrying fear and grief. At the same time, many pastors are carrying questions – both for their churches and personally – about how to respond with wisdom, compassion, and faithfulness.

Scripture reminds us that “when one member suffers, all suffer together” (1 Corinthians 12:26). In this season, we want to come alongside pastors, share what we’re hearing and seeing within the Jewish community, and make space for prayer, encouragement, and honest conversation.

As Jewish believers in Jesus serving with Jews for Jesus Australia, we’ll share a brief update from our ministry, a few personal stories, and then spend time listening, praying, and encouraging one another.

Why attend?

  • A supportive space to pause and pray with other pastors
  • Insight into what’s being experienced within the Jewish community
  • Time to reflect together on how the Church can respond faithfully
