Pasta Making Workshop

Collingwood Children's Farm

Learn to make a filled pasta with a simple sauce from fresh Farm produce and enjoy the meal in our old Farmhouse!

Long-time friend of the Farm and pasta aficionado Joseph Monroe will be running a workshop in making pasta and pasta sauce. We’ll be making a filled pasta with a simple sauce, using a mixture of produce collected from around the Farm mixed with traditional, high-quality pasta ingredients.

This will be taking place in our old Farmhouse at 18 St Heliers St on Saturday 29th. Join us at 10am for a tour of the Farm to collect fresh eggs, basil and other salad goodies, then up to make the pasta by hand, simmer the sauce and enjoy it all with a few select bottles of red courtesy our friends at Noisy Ritual Winery.Places are extremely limited, so book now!
