Hong Kong. Part 4 of a 4-Part APAC Workshop Series

This Hong Kong session concludes the four-part APAC workshop series, bringing together insights from Melbourne, Sydney, and Singapore.

The focus is on implementation. How leaders embed AI and orchestration into workforce operating models, governance, and decision making to deliver sustained impact.

While AI adoption has accelerated, many organisations remain stuck in theory, pilots, or isolated tools. This workshop focuses on moving from theory to practice, using real-world examples from mid-market and enterprise organisations, that have successfully embedded AI into workforce and procurement operating models.

Leaders in HR, Talent, Workforce and Procurement continue to grapple with fragmented tools, data silos and mismatched processes. AI is emerging as a critical enabler, but strategic orchestration across the total workforce is required to make it effective.

You will examine how organisations have transitioned from fragmented workforce approaches to orchestrated models that align HR, talent, and services procurement. Examples will demonstrate impacts on workforce development, progression, cost control, and delivery resilience.

This session concludes our four-city APAC series, concluding in Hong Kong.

You will leave with clear examples of what to automate, what to augment, and what must remain human, plus a roadmap for moving from intent to execution.
