This workshop focuses on unwinding tension stored in the legs and hips — areas that often tighten from sitting long hours, sports training, or daily movement. Using My Yoga Essence therapy balls, you’ll learn practical techniques to roll and restore the fascia, stimulating fluid flow and freeing up range of motion.

Myofascial release in the lower body helps reduce pain, improve recovery, and prevent injuries, while also calming the nervous system and increasing energy flow. As we move through these points, we’ll weave in yin to drop even deeper — opening spaces you may never have discovered without first releasing the fascia. You’ll leave feeling grounded, spacious, and renewed — with more freedom in your stride and ease in your hips.

No previous yoga experience required — this is a gift of deep self-care for everyone.
