Unwind stress and tension in the areas we carry it most — the upper body. This nourishing self-care workshop is designed for both new and seasoned yogis to learn how to give yourself a myofascial release using My Yoga Essence therapy balls. Together, we’ll roll and restore the connective tissues (fascia) that link the body from head to toe, targeting trigger points that often hold tightness and block energy flow. As we move through these points, we’ll weave in yin to drop even deeper — opening spaces you may never have discovered without first releasing the fascia.
By hydrating and freeing the fascia, you’ll create more ease in your posture, release pain, and restore circulation. Expect to walk out feeling lighter, more open across your chest and shoulders, and spacious in your breath and movement.
No previous yoga experience required — just a willingness to nurture yourself.
NOTE: This workshop is based on using specific therapy balls (workshop special $25 instead of $39) designed to healthily release your fascia. NO OTHER balls are allowed.
