Parents and Bubs Yoga - 6 week program
Gentle yoga for parents, baby by your side. Ease aches, rebuild strength & enjoy a supportive space.
Parents and Bubs Yoga - 6 week program
Designed for parents, this yoga program lets you bring your baby along, so you can prioritise your wellbeing without extra help. Enjoy a gentle adult practice in a friendly, supportive environment where you can connect with other mums while breathing, moving, and relaxing.
The class focuses on parents, not incorporating babies into the poses, allowing you to concentrate on alignment and technique safely. Gentle stretches ease common parenting aches -neck, shoulders, back, while also re-engaging your core and pelvic floor. Breathing, mindfulness, and stress reduction are also included. No prior yoga experience is needed, and the environment is safe, nurturing, and understanding of life with a little one.
Open to parents from six weeks postnatal (after your check-up) until babies are around 12 months, or when crawling makes yoga tricky. Crawling babies are welcome if manageable, and feeding, changing, or comforting as needed is encouraged.
Dates: Fridays 20th February - 27th March 2026
Time: 10:30am - 11:30am Cost: $30 for 6 week program ($5 per session including GST and booking fee)
Where: The Drill Hall, Cnr Murray and Crowther Street Bayswater.

Please bring a yoga mat if you have one, if not a yoga mat will be provided. Refunds: Refunds are available up until 2 days before the first session. (The ticketing fee is non-refundable).
The Drill Hall is a large hall, please bring you're own equipment for babies. (Toys are not available at this venue).
Please be aware that by participating in any of the Parents and Bubs Program activities, you are acknowledging that you have received medical approval from your doctor to participate in exercise, are medically fit to undertake such activities, and are doing so at your own risk.
