Parenting Support Group

Parent support group hosted by YSAS Dandenong, in partnership with Family Life and headspace.

Join us for an informative evening where caregivers can come together to connect, share and receive support on your parenting journey.

Family Life, in collaboration with headspace and YSAS Dandenong, are proud to be offering a free parenting program, to provide support for parents and caregivers of children aged from 0 to 25 years of age. This will be an opportunity to connect with other caregivers, learn about parenting strategies from professionals and discuss challenges in a relaxed and caring environment.

To make this program more accessible for people to attend in person, the sessions will be held in the evenings, from 5:30 - 7:00pm at the Dandenong YSAS Youth and Community Hub - located at Level 3, 26 McCrae St in Dandenong.

There will be six sessions offered throughout 2026 exploring different topics. The first session in February will be focusing on School Refusal, Bullying and Friendship Issues.

Coffee, Tea and light refreshments will be provided.
