Parenting a Child on the Spectrum: Finding Your Balance

By The Fathering Project

Overview

This is a FREE event and is open to all parents dads/father figures with children with autism.

Join us as we talk about finding balance in a world where sometimes just getting through the day is enough.

Parenting is rarely simple, but raising a child on the autism spectrum often adds layers of complexity that can leave even the most devoted dads feeling overwhelmed. Alongside the love, pride, and joy, there can be exhaustion, uncertainty, and a persistent pressure to “get it right.” Finding your balance as a parent/ dad/father figure doesn’t mean achieving perfection—it means learning to honor your child’s needs and your own.

Proudly supported by the City of Armadale.
