Paragon by Beulah
Exploring Paragon and Australia's first elevated indoor forest
About this event
Designed by Fender Katsalidis for Beulah this newly completed residential building with a retained heritage facade on the lower levels considers the site’s history as the Celtic Club and juxtaposes the old and new. A diagonal grid surface treatment was developed to draw in aspects of Celtic heritage. Paragon also features an innovative three-storey high ‘urban forest’, the first of its kind in Australia, housing a carefully composed selection of mature trees, leafy canopies, climbing gardens and grassy spaces. Open House Melbourne tours will be conducted by representatives from Fender Katsalidis and Beulah.
Building tours will be conducted by the Fender Katsalidis and Beulah teams of Paragon, showing and explaining the exciting features, including Australia's first elevated urban indoor forest.
