About this event

  • 1 hour 15 minutes

Explore the past with Dr Lisa Dunbar-Solas, archaeologist, artist and educator, as she interweaves stories from South Australia’s history with the performance art of paper theatres.

Children have been playing with paper theatres since the 1800’s, performing well-known plays and stories using paper cut-outs. In this hands-on session you will get to create your own paper theatre to take home and tell stories with.

This program is perfect for young artists, history enthusiasts and anyone with a passion for storytelling and creativity.
