Description

Panhead Custom Ales presents: The Workshop – a full venue takeover of much-loved Darlinghurst icon, the Brighton Up Bar. The Workshop goes down every Thursday this April.

From beginnings in an old Dunlop tyre factory in New Zealand’s Maidstone, custom craft is in Panhead’s DNA, with their chief Beer Engineer Mike Neilson making his start as a home brewer and building hot rods from his garage. At The Workshop he will be sharing some of Panhead’s weird and wonderful batch brews, not to mention a specially brewed custom beer inspired by the home of The Workshop, Oxford Street - a single batch brew designed to extract the distinctive flavour of the iconic strip and blow taste buds sky high.

Much loved Darlinghurst-based locals Volumes will be keeping the local community message strong with their guest programming from The Pinheads, Concrete Lawn, Buzz Kull, Rebel Yell, Sophiegrophy, Phil Fresh, Godtet and Low Flung.

Launch night eats will be commandeered by the beloved Chur Burger. Expect a custom made, Panhead influenced menu.
