Panel Discussion: How To Really OWN Your Business To Break Free
Event Information
Description
We define a true business owner as someone that has risen above the daily grind..
They've created systems and delegated tasks to key staff to create a better service for their clients, and a better business for themselves.
They have the time to take their kids to school in the morning, and can enjoy a lazy weekend away if they choose.
Are you a true business owner or just the person in charge of a business you own?
It might sound like a subtle difference on paper, but how it plays out in our lives has a BIG difference.
We've gathered some local business owners that have successfully made the transition and are sharing their stories and hard-earned lessons.
Our moderator is Stephen Sealey (former deputy editor of a well-known newspaper). He'll be guiding this revealing discussion and ensuring the tough questions are answered!
