Do you know what palliative care is, and what resources are available? We will let you know about palliative care in Australia. This means supporting people with serious illness to live as well and comfortably as possible - emotionally, physically and spiritually.
Every culture has different ways of talking about these topics, some talk openly, while others may find it difficult.
