Paint - Reset - Glow isn’t just an art class - it's a safe, supportive environment for young people to explore, create and connect.

Each 3-hour session blends hands-on art, sensory play and mindful reset moments to help young people express themselves and shine from within!

I am a Special Needs Education Assistant with a gentle, nurturing approach to creativity & emotional wellbeing. My sessions are designed to feel welcoming, inclusive and wellbeing-focused.

🎨 SESSION THEMES

Art Project 1 – Skateboard Deck Art
Design and decorate your own skateboard deck using stencils, paints and paint markers.

Art Project 2 – Say it in Colour Canvas
Create an expressive canvas featuring uplifting words and bold colour. Use neon paints and fluro markers.
