AGE POLICY

Children aged 7+ are welcome in this class. NO INFANTS PLEASE

Important Note: Kids must be accompanied by a paying adult/guardian

Choose a fruit or vegetable

You will be painting an fruit or veggie, so please bring your favourites along with you (or a photo of them on your phone), or choose from our fruit bowl (subject to seasonal availability). Perfect for decorating your kitchen or room with a touch of creativity. 

Get to choose from our two sizes canvases: 

• 30 x 40 stretched canvas
• Square stretched canvas

Important Note:

• We cannot guarantee there would be space for larger items like watermelons, pumpkins etc. so please bring a photo of those on your phone if you would like to paint those.
• Please ensure you keep to our max 2 (small fruits & veggies) to ensure enough painting time and attention to detail.

The studio's door opens 15 minutes before and closes 15 minutes after the starting time. Arriving later would be considered a no-show-up! Unless you notify us before the starting time by calling (03) 9852 8772.

Ladder Art Space workshops are given in a nice inspiring studio in the heart of Kew in Melbourne.

SUMMARY OF CANCELATION POLICY

Refund, Rescheduling & No-Shows:

1–3 seats:

  • Full refund if cancelled more than 72 hours before.

  • Reschedule with 4 to 72 hours’ notice (with $38 fee per seat).

  • No refund if No refund if absent with 4 hours or less notice.

4–9 seats:

  • Full refund if cancelled more than 7 days before.

  • Reschedule with 3 to 7 days’ notice (with $38 fee per seat).

  • No refund if absent with 72 hours or less notice

10+ seats:

  • Full refund if cancelled more than 21 days before.

  • Reschedule with:

    – 15 to 21 days’ notice — full credit voucher issued

    – 8 to 14 days’ notice — 50% cancellation fee applies

  • No refund if absent with 7 days or less notice.

*Rescheduling requests must be sent via email only.*

Classes require a certain number of enrolments to proceed. Courses that do not meet minimum enrolment levels may be canceled. Participants will be notified by email of a cancellation 24 hours prior to the course start date. In the case of cancellation, a transfer, credit or full refund will be offered.

COVID-19 Cancellations:

If the Government requires our studios to remain closed at the time of your session, we will issue you a credit voucher valid for 3 years.

If the Government requires us to reduce the capacity of our studios, we will issue you a credit voucher (full value of your order) or reschedule your booking to another session of your choice (subject to availability and capacity).

Event Photos & Videos

We take a lot of photos and videos of our classes for Facebook and other forms of social media. If you do not want to be included in such photos, please advise a staff member upon arrival. If we inadvertently include you in a social media picture, please contact the studio and we will happily remove it upon request.

Perfect for 1-2 guests (Mini) or 4-6 guests (Grande).

Order and Pickup Details: Please place your order a minimum of 48 hours before your scheduled session, allowing us to prepare the freshest ingredients. Pickup is available exclusively before your session at Ladder Art Space. Ensure you input the date of your scheduled session during the order process.
