Who is it for?

Anyone who is interested in painting, colour, tune out of thinking and relaxing. For anyone who doesn't know how to start or finds it difficult to paint at home.

Did you know that based on research you don't need to have talent? You only need to be interested.

What you will get:

• safe and supportive space - it will allow you to experiment
• demonstration, not a lecture - we will begin with a demonstration of a simple technique for using the art supplies
• guided flow - we will walk through simple, playful steps that help you let go and let the colour flow
• process‑first mindset – the magic happens in the making, not the result. You will feel the shift from “Will it look good?” to “How do I feel when I am painting?”
• new skills - you are going to learn so many new skills
• confidence boost - by the end you will go home with a sense that creativity is something you can tap into anytime

All art supplies are included in price:

• Acrylic inks, brushes, sponges, other fun tools
• Watercolour paper - different sizes to play with

This is a boutique-style art class limited to 6 participants.
