Join other teen readers to discuss books and pop culture, over afternoon tea.

About this event

Join other teen readers to meet and discuss a monthly Young Adult read, as well as other titles you've been reading lately. A complimentary afternoon tea/snack will be provided.

The group will be discussing:

  • February - Your favourite read/s over the summer school holidays
  • March - The last Balfour by Cait Duggan
  • April - How it feels to float by Helena Fox
  • May - Hometown haunts: #LoveOzYA horror tales edited by Poppy Nwosu
  • June - Devil's ballast by Meg Caddy
  • July - How to repaint a life by Steven Herrick
  • August - The Children's Book Council Of Australia Book Of the Year 'Older Readers' shortlist
  • September - I must betray you by Ruta Sepetys

  • We may not be able to accommodate participants who have not made a booking.

  • Please arrive 5 minutes early to allow time to check in; this assists the programme to run on schedule
