Where is the venue located?

Lorimer Dods Lecture Theatre, Level 4, The Children's Hospital at Westmead (Corner Hawkesbury Road and, Hainsworth St, Westmead NSW 2145). Level 4 is best accessed by the glass elevator which is located on the left as you enter our main entrance.

What are the options for public transport?

The Children's Hospital at Westmead is a 15-minute walk from Westmead Railway Station, with connecting bus and train services from Parramatta and Central. A light rail stop is located metres away from the main entrance, with regular services between Westmead, Parramatta and Carlingford.

Refunds are offered on an individual basis. Cancellations made on or before 4 November 2025 will receive a full refund. No refunds will be issued for cancellations requested from 5 November 2025 onwards. Applications for a refund must be made in writing to scott.day@health.nsw.gov.au.
