Chris Turnbull Record Run from Perth to Sydney Presentation Information:

On 8 August 2023 Chris Turnbull left Perth on a mission to see and experience Australia while challenging his physical endurance. Remarkably, he finished in Sydney 39 days later and doing so, set a new record for running from Perth to Sydney. Chris will recount how he prepared himself to run 100 kilometres each day and the adventure of the journey, filled with extreme highs, lows and literal road blocks.

Chris Turnbull, affectionately known as "The Bull” is an adventurer from Sydney, Australia, with a love for family, engineering, and the great outdoors. During the week, the Bull enjoys family life with his wife Katie and their young adventurers Lucy and Finn, who are at the centre of his world. He balance this with his time at Turnbull Engineering, an engineering consultancy he founded in 2016 with a mission to have an impact, be proud of it and enjoy it. The company designs city shaping projects like our Sydney Metro, Sydney Gateway and renewable energy generation projects. The firm has earned a place among Australia's fastest-growing companies.
