Overcoming Blood Cancer Resistance Research Symposium

Overview

Join us to hear the latest discoveries spanning basic science, translational research, clinical innovation, and emerging therapeutics.

Join Us at the Overcoming Blood Cancer Resistance Research Symposium.

Therapeutic resistance remains a major barrier to achieving durable responses in patients with blood cancers. Despite advances in targeted therapies, disease relapse and treatment failure continue to present substantial challenges in the clinic.

The Overcoming Blood Cancer Resistance Research (OBCR) Symposium will convene multicentre, multidisciplinary research teams to present and discuss current advances in understanding and addressing mechanisms of resistance across haematological malignancies.

The research presented at this symposium is led by investigators supported by an NHMRC Synergy Grant. This scheme recognises teams that bring together complementary expertise to address complex health challenges through coordinated, collaborative research. The OBCR program exemplifies that vision, uniting basic laboratory scientists, translational researchers, and clinician-investigators across several institutions and hospitals to deliver impact at scale.

We invite you to join us for this scientific forum and engage with leading researchers advancing innovative strategies to overcome blood cancer resistance.

Program and details to come. A link to join online will be made available for those unable to attend in person.
