The one-hour sessions will involve 40 - 45 minutes of exercise, including warm up and cool down phases. The remaining time will be dedicated to sharing fitness information, questions and discussion.
This is a Bootcamp style of a workout for community members who are over 50 and are already exercising. If you are over 50 and looking for a more gentle introductin to exercise, please have a look at the Outdoor Fitness for Over 50's Beginners Program.
Registrations for the entire six-week program are essential. Walk-ins not permitted.
Participants will be required to complete a pre-exercise screening prior to participating in the program and an evaluation at the end.
