OUTRIDER Book Launch
You’re invited to the Perth launch of Mark Wales’s debut novel, Outrider – a lighting-paced dystopian thriller described as 'an action-packed joyride 'and' perfect slam-bang entertainment'.
A one-of-a-kind event, the launch takes place at ANZAC House Veteran Central; a stunning venue overlooking the grounds of Government House and the Swan River.
Mingle with fellow book enthusiasts and hear from Mark as he discusses the novel and his publishing process with Macmillan Australia. This is a catered event with premium canapes, plus beer, wine and non-alcoholic beverages served for the duration.
With thanks to Dymocks Hay Street, copies of both Outrider and Survivor: Life in the SAS will be available to purchase on the night. Mark will be meeting readers and signing copies of his books.

About Mark Wales:
Mark grew up in the red dirt of the Pilbara, and from a young age, knew he wanted to join the SAS. In his sixteen-year career, troop commander Mark lead top soldiers in combat missions behind enemy lines.
In 2021, Mark wrote a best-selling memoir, Survivor: Life in the SAS, which was nominated for the Margaret and Colin Roderick Literary Award. As well as an author, Mark is now an in-demand professional speaker and the Founder and CEO of ‘tough luxury’ apparel brand, Kill Kapture. In 2022, Mark was named sole survivor in the Blood V Water series of Survivor Australia. Mark can also be seen in the George Miller film, Furiosa, in cinemas now.
