Try something a little different & genuinely memorable with someone you love. Partner, friend, parent/child (10+), or chosen human.

Move, laugh, mess it up & try again! Then be guided into stillness.

Levels: All levels welcome

Who: Partners, Friends, Parents/Child (10+), or favourite human.
This is a shared experience. Everyone joins in with their partner or person they came with. (Children cannot attend without a parent.)

What to Wear:
Close-fitting clothing you can move comfortably in (think yoga but not baggy). Bring layers for the sound bath, &/or a comfy blanket.

Spaces are limited.
Minimum numbers apply. A minimum of 6 participants is required to run workshop.

What is Partner Acro?
It is a shared movement practice where you lift, balance, and hold various shapes using strength, control, and teamwork. (Think Circus meets Yoga’esque movements)

What Is Aerial Silks?
It is an aerial acrobatics apparatus that uses long lengths of fabric hanging from the ceiling that you climb, wrap, and hold onto to create different shapes and movements in the air.

What is a Sound Bath?
A sound journey where you lie down and are immersed in calming instruments, guiding the body into stillness, deep relaxation & a quiet mind.
