Osho Active Meditations are a radical, transformative gateway into silence and presence.
Osho Active Meditations are a radical, transformative gateway into silence and presence. Designed for modern life, they start with expressive physical activity—shaking, dancing, humming, breath, sound—and move you into deep stillness. Instead of forcing meditation, these practices release tension, stress, and inner chaos, allowing true relaxation, clarity, and awareness to emerge naturally.
🌬 Benefits– Dissolve mental and emotional blocks for clarity and ease– Cultivate inner peace, focus, and stress resilience– Rebalance your subtle energy system, leaving you refreshed long after the session– Free yourself from habitual reactivity, addictions, and old patterns; reconnect with joy, self-motivation, and life purpose
🔥 Why It MattersModern life makes sitting still almost impossible. Osho created these dynamic meditations to turn restlessness into stillness, chaos into clarity. When we fully express our inner storm, silence naturally arises—not through force, but through surrender to the movement’s aftermath. This is meditation that meets your body, mind, and soul where they are.
🌀 Who Is Osho?Osho was a revolutionary mystic and spiritual teacher who challenged every norm, belief, and condition that binds the human spirit. His teachings blended Eastern mysticism and Western psychology to awaken individuals to their true, unconditioned selves. He encouraged followers to embrace life fully—love, sex, joy, sorrow, and everything in between—and believed that only by confronting and transcending societal conditioning could one experience true freedom. To facilitate this, he developed a series of active meditations combining movement, breath, sound, and stillness, allowing practitioners to release suppressed emotions and mental blocks.
Stephanie Ajna-Devi is an Osho Sanyasi and lived in an Osho ashram for 6 months, practicing these meditations several times per day. She brings them to Byron Bay with love and reverence.
