This is a practical workshop led by some of Australia's best digital fundraising strategists. You will learn how to engage, acquire and retain supporters through integrated digital fundraising.
This course is designed to give you the skills to use digital channels from paid search and SEO, to Facebook ads and audience segmentation.
You will learn how to discover what time of day people are engaging with your content online, how are they engaging with you, where they come from, how to attract more and why people donate or not. This training will ensure you’ll be able to optimise your digital fundraising campaigns to ensure you meet at least a 5:1 ROI.

- Landing pages and donation forms.
- Google grants.
- Facebook ads.
- Rapid response and marketing automation.

Aaron Lamb is a master of the digital dark arts. Aaron is Head of Digital at Oxfam Australia where he has increased ROI for digital media spend from 7:1 to 12:1 on core work.
In 2016 Aaron won two Fundraising Institute of Australia awards, for Best Emergency Relief and Most Outstanding Fundraising Project 2016. He led the strategy for the Nepal emergency response which resulted in over 9 million dollars donated via digital channels alone.
Aaron has been on the board of directors for Cambodian Kids Can for three years, is a bestselling author of two self-marketed sci-fi novels and is one of OrganiseUs' most popular and engaging trainers.
Sam McEwin is Director at Biz Wisdom and a self-proclaimed online marketing nut. Sam will show you how to cut through the noise of the internet by making Google work for you.
Sam specialises in digital display, online video and retargeting, paid and organic search marketing, social media advertising, conversion rate, optimisation and email marketing.
Mariko Smits writes stories that get read. Content marketing is an essential skill for good storytelling and Mariko will teach you best practice SEO, back linking, conversion and online acquisition for optimised community engagement.
