FAQs

What can I bring into the event?

Please bring portable chairs if you wish. Food and drinks available at venue but feel free to bring picnic and extra food. Concert and festival areas are a no alcohol zone except for purchase at the Trundle RSL and Trundle Hotel. Concert will finish around 8pm. Bus will depart at 9pm.

What's the refund policy?

Bus component will be refunded but Bjorn Again ticket refunds not available. Both components are transferable.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

Yes

Is it ok if the name on my ticket or registration doesn't match the person who attends?

No problem - tickets for bus and concert are transferable.
