We now know that change is the only constant but how well equipped are we to find opportunities in change? While change can be disruptive there are often great opportunities in change but you need to know how to look for them. Understanding change and knowing how to manage it is a highly valued workplace skill and knowing how find opportunities in times of change can help you have a dynamic and successful career. In this session we will look at the ways you can develop your change management skills and how you can look out for new opportunity in changing environments.
