If you have a current Medicare card - this class will be free, please note if you are asked for payment please contact North Metropolitan Health Services - (08) 6457 7991 and report any susupicious activity.
When: 1:30 pm to 2:30 pm
Please bring: water bottle, comfy clothes to wear and a sweat towel.
Baby's welcome to attend but please do not bring your toddler or older children.
You must attend at least one postnatal education class prior to the exercise classes.
Please note MASKS are compulsory whilst on the hospital site (including during exercise).
NB: Free for Medicare eligible patients. Medicare ineligible patients will incur a cost.
