The line up:

Nadine Hobson - lucid dreams

Exploring themes of hyper realistic colours and the vivid imagery we conjure in our dream states - informed by real experiences, but without the constraints of logic. When we allow imagination and intuition to guide our view.

Clumsy Hands - clumsy maps

Get lost in the colourful worlds of Melbourne-based illustrator Clumsy Hands through her wonky maps. Clumsy Hands has been sharing her imagination with audiences since 2022, having created maps for a wide range of publications and institutions such as Visit Victoria, Hardie Grant and RMIT and having exhibited before at Affordable Art Fair, The Big Design Market and Finders Keepers. This is Clumsy Hands first solo show, with brand new works brimming with colour and hidden details.

Thea Bates and Mary-Anne Stuart - re release: bark and banksias

Re Release: Bark and Banksias brings together the practices of Thea and Mary-Anne, long-time collaborators and friends who met in Melbourne’s Degraves Street art scene in 2016. Both artists draw inspiration from close observation of nature, celebrating colour, texture, and pattern found in plant life through vibrant, mixed-media works.

Mary-Anne’s ongoing fascination with banksias explores imagined native species through intricate form and colour, while Thea’s intuitive, abstract works are inspired by the bark of Australian flora, combining gel printing, collage, and limited-edition fine art prints. This exhibition presents a collection of works spanning several years, alongside newly created pieces, reflecting the depth and evolution of both artists’ practices.

Sheena Mathieson - to and from scotland with love

In 2025, Melbourne artist Sheena Mathieson completed a two-week residency at Cove Park in Scotland. The experience inspired her to develop a new body of work reflecting Scottish and Australian land and waterscapes.Forever the colourist, Sheena continues her practice of mixing a range of colours from yellow, red and blue (and white) to create paintings that contrast Scotland's steely greys with Australia's bright hues.

Sue Langwill - made of earth

I create generous ceramic forms—substantial pots and bowls that echo ancient vessels. Working directly with clay through throwing and shaping, I use loose, layered glazes and expressive brushwork to create a weathered, patinated aesthetic. My work draws on ancient ceramic traditions to bring earthy, timeless forms into contemporary spaces.
