Open to Play - A 'Play' Exhibition Program

A relaxed afternoon of games, puzzles and collage-making inspired by the PLAY exhibition. Drop in 1–5pm and stay as long as you like.

About the Event

This relaxed afternoon of games and making coincides with PLAY, an exhibition exploring the cognitive, social and physical nature of play through contemporary art. Games aren’t only for the young. Join us to experience the joy, strategy and social connection that play brings throughout life. We will provide a selection of board games and puzzles, along with creative materials for a playful collage activity inspired by the exhibition.

Drop in any time between 1PM - 5PM and stay as long as you wish.

Light refreshments provided.

Cost | Free - bookings recommended.

Capacity | 100

Transport and parking | The Gallery can be reached via public transport (buses 324, 325 or 326, or walk from Edgecliff Station or Double Bay Wharf). Parking is available at Council Chambers (536 New South Head Rd, Double Bay NSW 2028). If you are arriving via UBER or Taxi please request a drop-off or collection at the Council Chambers.
