Change Management is associated with the effects and management of change. This course is a high priority for any member where change is ongoing in the workplace.

This course identifies multiple theories of change and discusses workplace application for individuals, how they can manage their own reactions to workplace change and how they can use this knowledge to influence and maintain accountability in managing change in their workplace.
