About this Event
How do we know what dinosaurs looked like? Use your imagination along with scientific evidence to become a palaeo-artist and illustrate dinosaur discoveries from Australia and around the world.
Filled with fascinating science and fun artistic challenges, Bringing Dinosaurs to Life! will jumpstart your creativity and ignite a sense of wonder.
This is an introductory workshop where participants learn basic techniques and receive their own art kit that includes Derivan watercolour pencils, paper, brushes, and everything needed to also get creating at home. No prior experience needed. Workshops are led by Celia Curtis, a successful paleo-artist and a scientific illustrator who has a degree in Visual Arts from the University of South Australia.
Cost: FREE with Creative Kids voucher or $100 per child. Price includes GST and individual activity pack that will be posted to participants for use during workshop and is yours to keep!
