One2one

It's time to choose you.During a sound session, various healing instruments are used, including Tibetan Singing Bowls, Solfeggio Tuning Forks and Flutes, Gongs, Crystal Singing Bowls and many more are used to create a symphonic sound to allow you to relax into a meditative state and create space to heal your spirit, mind and body. Surrender to the Sound as you lay down comfortably on a mat with your eyes closed while focusing on your breath and the sound. This will take you on a journey within for about 50 minutes. One2one sessions are available to book directly with Di on 0416 137 727. Collaborations are most welcome. Home visits available for ongoing treatment patients. Additional fuel charge may apply for long distances.Frequently asked QuestionsQuestion: Is it painful?Answer: No, sound therapy is non-invasive therapy. There is no physical contact.Question: Will I fall asleep?Answer: You may fall asleep. Listening to sounds that create low-frequency tones trigger your brainwave activity to slow down and help you relax, lower your anxiety and makes it easier for you to relax and fall asleep.Question: What if I’m sensitive to sound?Answer: The sounds can be played softly with sound sensitive cases. The treatment can also be experienced through zoom with the sound OFF as the treatment works with the vibration. Sound is just an added enjoyment. Ear plugs or ear muffs can also be worn.Question: What is a Sound session?Answer: Dimensional Sound Therapy is a profoundly transformational sound therapy modality that has far reaching benefits and takes a holistic approach to the process of healing. It is a non-invasive therapy in that we work in the client’s energy or bio field to assist in restoring balance and harmony using subtle soft sound. The principal tools used are Himalayan Singing bowls and Solfeggio tuning forks and Flutes all tuned to specific notes and frequencies that work synergistically to “tune the mind body and spirit”. Our Group Sound Meditation takes you on a journey within.
