Get tech help from our volunteers who offer one-on-one tech help at Chatswood Library.

Things we can help with

1. Accessing Willoughby library e-books, audiobooks & e-magazines on your device
2. General use of a smartphone, a tablet and a laptop computer
3. Accessing and searching Internet
4. Apps download
5. Basic emails and Microsoft Word and Excel
6. Organising files or photos on your smartphone, tablet or laptop computer

• Please bring your own fully charged devices.
• If you booked but do not arrive within 10 minutes after the session starts, your booking will be cancelled and you would need to rebook another session yourself.
• Please treat others, including Library staff and volunteers, with courtesy and respect.

*Disclaimer: Volunteers and Library staff are not technology specialists and can only offer basic assistance. For in-depth assistance, please contact local businesses. We are unable to troubleshoot/repair malfunctioning or broken hardware or software.
