One on one digital help @ Ngutungka West Lakes (Apr-Jun)

Do you have a digital question, or want to get online? Our digital help volunteers are here to lend a hand.

These sessions are aimed at supporting you to gain confidence and security online, and in 45 minutes can cover a range of topics including:

• Basic laptop
• Organising and managing photos
• Office Basics (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
• Internet basics
• Email basics
• Social media
• Apple devices (smartphone/tablet)
• Android devices (smartphone/
• Windows 11

These sessions will be provided with extra safety measures in place to ensure the best health of our customers and staff. If you feel unwell the day of your appointment, please call us and we will help book you into another session.

Please bring your own device to the session, and if you do not own a device, we ask you to contact us at the time of booking.

Bookings are essential.
