MeditationHQ Community and Lifeline Australia welcome you to join the One Million Meditations (OMM) event, held annually in May.
One Million Meditations event is open to anyone and everyone who cares about their mental wellness and/or the mental wellness of others.
Join us on iconic MANLY BEACH (North Steyne Surf Club) for our MEGA Meditation on Saturday 25th October at 6.30am.
It will be a GUIDED Group Meditation, so bring your friends, your phone and headphones (so you can be guided by the LIVESTREAM online) plus maybe a blanket to keep you warm! (or your bathers if you fancy a dip after).
We also welcome you to join the main OMM event which is held from May 4th to 25th.
Register and commit to a daily meditation practice of 10 to 20 minutes for 28 consecutive days and experience the difference that meditating daily can make in your life. The meditationHQ Community team will provide a library of guided meditations, so you just need to drop in and plug in!
You can participate as an individual, gather your friends to create a team or just join an existing one to meditate together.
One Million Meditations is a great team-building tool for communities and workplaces.
We encourage schools, clubs and organizations of all sizes to lean into self-discovery and self-love this October.
