Absolutely! You're welcome to bring olives from your trees at home. Alternatively, www.fallingfruit.org is a great resource for finding olive trees in public locations. Just be sure to make sure that you're not on private property, or ask for permission first!

Do I have to bring olives or can I just watch and learn?

Accepted Answer

Of course! You're very welcome to watch and learn and then replicate these steps at home later. It will definitely help solidify your new knowledge of olive curing to follow along through the steps, however.

Where is the workshop held?

It will be held in our of the production rooms at the Mount Zero warehouse.

What is included in the ticket price?

Accepted Answer

The ticket price includes a bucket, weight to keep the olives submerged, salt, pH test kits, vinegar and some olive curing recipes that will be yours to take home. If you'd like to purchase fresh olives as well, select the add-on when purchasing your tickets.
