What should I bring?

Wear clothes and covered shoes suitable for bushwalking, and bring a hat, a water bottle, sunscreen, a picnic lunch and your good humour and love of the outdoors.

Yes, but public carparks do fill up quickly, so be sure to arrive early.

Where are the amenities located?

Toilets are available near the main picnic areas and trail hub, including accessible facilities connected by wide concrete paths.

What food and drink options are available?

Please bring a picnic lunch and water, as there are no cafés on site. We will provide some light snacks, but feel free to pack your family’s favourites. There are plenty of picnic tables and shaded spots to enjoy your food.

Do I need to supervise my children?

What if there is an emergency?

All adults must read the Parks Connect Safety Briefing at https://npaq.org.au/parks-connect-safety-briefing/ and check that they understand the risks for themselves and their children. All activity leaders have a safety induction, take a headcount, carry a First Aid kit, and staff have Blue Cards.
