Set against the rolling hills of Oaks Cypress Lakes Resort, this long lunch kicks off from 12pm and features a four-course Asian fusion menu by Executive Chef Vinura de Silva, built around seasonal produce and bold, balanced flavours. Each course is paired with wines from Gartelmann Wines, chosen to complement the menu and elevate the experience without overcomplicating it.

Throughout the afternoon, guests will be guided through the wines and the stories behind them, with time to relax, enjoy each course, and settle into the pace of a proper Sunday in the Hunter.
