What time does the event start and finish?

Doors open at 8:30 PM sharp on 31 December 2025. The event runs until 12:30 AM, with doors closing at 10:30 PM. Food and drinks will be served from 8:30 PM to 12:30 AM.

What does the General Admission ticket include?

General Admission includes access to the event from 8:30 PM, a 4-hour free-flow beverage package (sparkling, white & red wine, beer, soft drinks, and cocktails), access to all food stations (dietary needs catered for), and live DJ entertainment all night.

What’s included with the Pier Lounge Reserved Seating tickets?

Accepted Answer

You’ll receive all General Admission inclusions, plus your own guaranteed lounge booth for the evening, with water views overlooking Walsh Bay. Booths are open-air (6-seaters) or covered with umbrellas (7-seaters).

Can I arrive early?

Please do not arrive earlier than 8:00 PM. Due to limited holding space, entry into the venue will begin strictly at 8:30 PM.

The event goes ahead rain or shine. While some areas are indoors or covered, General Admission and open-air lounges are exposed to the elements. Refunds will not be issued due to weather.

Is public transport recommended?

Absolutely. Due to CBD road closures on NYE, guests should expect to arrive on foot from the nearest vehicle drop-off point or via public transport.
