Dr Mitra Zarrati

Dr Mitra Zarrati holds a PhD in Nutrition and Dietetics and has over 15 years of experience in diet therapy, group education, and wellness workshops. She is also the founder and CEO of Health Dash, an online platform dedicated to promoting healthy nutrition and public health.

Dr Zarrati has a passion for educating the community on how nutrition can prevent chronic conditions and improve quality of life, especially as we age.
