Want to learn how to fish your local waters?
Then come along to our hands-on free fishing workshop at Deano's Spring water Trout Hatchery on the Sunday, 5th of May 2024.
The day includes sessions on how to rig up, cast and have a go fishing. It will also include great tips on how to be a responsible fisher and you will get a chance to ask local experts all the information you need to get started fishing in your local area. All equipment is supplied.
Bookings are essential as places are limited. Each child participating must have a responsible adult in attendance to assist with practical fishing (min. 1 parent per family group).
NSW DPI Fishing workshops are run with the assistance of Fishcare Volunteers supported with funds from the Recreational Fishing Trusts.
