Join us for our Nourished – MIND & BODY Seminar

Where: Online webinar - a zoom link will be emailed to you before the event begins

Learn more about good nutrition, how to build a healthy mindset and the importance of exercise.

During the seminar, Resa – Advanced Nutrition & Female Specific Fitness expert - will teach you more about good health & nutrition and the common misconceptions around ‘diets’. She’ll also touch on fitness and its importance in a well-rounded healthy lifestyle.

Stacey – Expert Counsellor & Health Coach – will talk about mindfulness and how to build a healthier mindset. She will touch on the direct correlation between nutrition and mental health and why it’s important to create a well-balance lifestyle.

This seminar is an introduction into our Complete Nourishment Program (Mind & Body), a 6-week program designed to help you become the healthiest version of yourself – mentally, nutritionally and physically. We will talk more about the program during the session.

Expert Counsellor and Health Coach, Stacey has over a decade of experience as a counsellor, guiding and mentoring clients on positive behaviour change in addiction and mental health. Stacey offers one-on-one health coaching, focusing on making positive changes to your life to achieve a happier, healthier mindset and lifestyle.

A fully qualified Journalist, Resa has written for many health, fitness & well-being publications as well as radio broadcasts, she also has qualifications in Fitness, Advance Nutrition and Female Specific Training.
