About this event

Join us for a Mini Winter Retreat. A Yoga, Art Therapy, Tea Ceremony & Mindfulness day, focusing on the one and the only, YOU.

A day to stretch yourself out, be still, get a little creative and recharge from your every day lives.

During the workshops you will:

Enjoy the stillness and beauty of Tea ceremony and the contemplations and revelations it can inspire within.

Stretch, breathe and feel with Yoga and movement.

Draw, create vision boards and participate in guided meditations.

Get to know yourself better, with a greater awareness of your internal world.

Connect authentically with others.

Be present in the moment- reduce stress through mindfully creating.

Have fun opening up your creative self- you don’t need to be an artist, or a good meditator or a very stretchy person.

Just to be willing and wanting to give yourself some space and some CALM.

.....

Saturday 1st June - 9:30am-4pm

Lunch Provided.

Please bring a yoga mat and cushion.

All materials will be supplied.

Spaces are limited to 12 participants.

Being in the thick of winter, we may be feeling inward and letting our souls simmer. So perhaps the perfect time to gently allow our souls to soften, surrender and rest.

We look forward to meeting some new and old faces.

Big Love, Lucy and Eva X

Eva : As a yoga teacher, herbalist & body worker, I am passionate about the connection between body & mind & how they affect each other. I am constantly amazed by the infinite intelligence of the body & its innate capacity for balance & healing. I have been practicing Yoga for the last 25 years and I never tire of the profound effect it can have on people's lives, by allowing & fostering a better connection between body & mind. It is with deep gratitude & commitment that I wish to share the gifts of yoga & living a life of balance.
