Nourish the Heart: A Women’s Restorative Mini Retreat to Reset & Renew
Join us for an evening of deep relaxation, movement, and mindful connection at our Women's Health Yoga & Pilates Restorative Mini Retreat.

As winter begins to lift & we move toward the lighter days ahead, halfway between winter solstice & summer equinox, this woman's evening retreat invites you to ground your energy, reconnect with the gentle radiance of the heart & the start of spring.
Through mindful movement, a nourishing pelvic floor renew practice, restorative yoga & a reset guided relaxation, Melissa and Lisa will lead you on a journey of release & renewal.
We will have a chance to find steadiness in the body & openness in the heart. Together, we’ll explore how grounding allows our natural glow to return, we'll open the heart cultivating compassion, as well as boost vitality from the inside out.
The evening will include:
Welcome and Intention Setting
Create space to reconnect with the heart's wisdom with a loving kindness meditation.
Gentle Breathwork and Warm-UpSoothing, heart-opening movements & breath to release tension and invite compassion & acceptance.
Nourishing Pelvic Floor Practice
Move with purpose. Strengthen your foundation & knowledge with intentional movement that honors your pelvic floor.
Break and Nourishment
Herbal tea, wholesome treats & shared connection.
Restorative Yoga and Yoga NidraDeep rest practices to expand compassion & restore emotional balance.
Closing CircleReflection and gratitude as you carry your heart’s message forward.
This retreat offers time to pause, breathe, and replenish. It's an evening that will wrap you up in support to help you move into the coming season with ease, vitality and lightness. We offer a space to reconnect with self-love and belonging. You will leave feeling restored, centred, and open, ready to spring into spring! All are welcome; no experience needed.
