headspace National is hosting a free mental health education session for Parents and Carers of young people to support their mental health.This session aims to: <ul><li>Provide information regarding a young person’s mental health.</li><li>Increase your awareness of how to support young people impacted by suicide.</li><li>Provide information about what grief might look like, and strategies to support a young person who is grieving.</li><li>Build awareness of local, state and national support services.</li></ul>Following the session, all those who register will be supported by a digital pack of information that will be sent out via email within 3 days after the event.Once you have registered here, you will receive an automated email confirmation from Eventbrite.
