Run over five weeks each Tuesday from 28 May , each 2.5-hour session includes one hour of learning through fun, interactive activities and discussion, one hour of hands-on cooking using quick, tasty, low-cost recipes, and children are cared for in a crèche and invited to share a meal with their parents at the conclusion of the session.
