Night adventure - Raven street reserve (10 years+)

Experience one of Brisbane’s treasured bushland reserves at night. Discover what makes this precious area special and learn more about our magnificent bushland and its nocturnal wildlife as we explore 2.5km of walking trails. Don’t miss this opportunity for a guided bushwalk with a difference! Moderate fitness required as there are some gentle climbs, steps and uneven surfaces.

Cost: Free.

Age: Strictly for ages10 years and over. All children must be supervised by an adult booked into the event.

Required arrival and check-in time: 15 minutes before event starts.

Cancellations: if you cannot attend, please cancel promptly via Eventbrite, so others can book a spot.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION BEFORE BOOKING:

• Maximum 3 tickets per individual booking. Places are very limited at this free event, please do not over-book.
• A ratio of 1 adult supervising a maximum of 2 children is required.
• All adults and children must have a ticket.
• Safety requirements apply and are a condition of entry.

REQUIREMENTS ON THE DAY:

• Strictly for ages 10 years and over. This event is not suitable for children under 10.
• Arrive 15 minutes early to check in with staff. Walks start at the advertised time.
• 1:2 adult to child ratio required.
• Moderate fitness required as this track has some gentle climbs, steps, and uneven surfaces.
• Wear secure, fully enclosed, comfortable walking shoes.
• Bring a small hand-held torch (no headlamps), water, and insect repellent.
• Lightweight long pants and long sleeves recommended.
• Raincoat and hat if required.
• Please do not leave early. If you need to leave the walk early due to an emergency, please inform our guides.

Meeting point: Downfall Creek Bushland Centre. Free carparking and public toilets next to the centre.
