Ngutungka Community Cafe

Overview

Join us on a Tuesday for a relaxed community lunch, supported by volunteers. Enjoy good food and connect with new people.

About this event

Our community café is a shared, welcoming space that operates once a week with limited capacity. To ensure fair and equitable access for everyone, bookings are managed carefully.

Please read before booking:

  • Eventbrite tickets are a $5 deposit per person, paid at the time of booking
  • The deposit cost will be deducted from your total food purchase on the day
  • Attendance is limited to once every two weeks per person
  • Each table seats 4 people
  • Bookings are limited to 4 tickets per person (one table of four people)
  • No ticket transfers
  • Refunds available up to 1 day before the event via Eventbrite

This approach helps prevent multiple bookings and ensures the café remains accessible to as many community members as possible.

We ask all guests to respect the rotation system, our volunteers, and the shared nature of the space. Staff may adjust seating or bookings on the day to support fairness and inclusion.

All decisions are made with kindness and the spirit of community.
